Donation Information - FAQ

We are happy to accept a variety of items. Here’s a list of the things we gladly welcome:

Household Goods: Furniture, home decor, kitchen items, small appliances, and more!

Clothing: Gently used or new clothes for men, women, and children. We also accept shoes, accessories, and outerwear.

Antiques & Collectibles: Vintage treasures, heirlooms, and unique finds.

Books, DVDs, & Games: Any books, movies, or games in good condition.

Miscellaneous Items: Toys, artwork, tools, and other odds and ends that are still in good working order.

Please Note: We ask that all donated items are gently used and in resaleable condition. If you have items that don't quite fit the bill, we may donate them to a local church to help others in need.

Donating to Last Chance Resale is easy! Simply drop off your items at the store during our regular business hours. You don’t need an appointment or to arrange a pickup – just bring your donations right through our front door. We will handle the rest!

Once your donation is received, our team will sort through the items. Anything that doesn’t meet our resale standards will be re-donated to the local church, where it can still be used to help those in need. We appreciate your understanding as we aim to ensure that only the best items are available for purchase, while still helping the wider community.

Every item you donate helps us support the men and women who have sacrificed so much for our country. The proceeds from all sales at Last Chance Resale go directly toward programs that benefit veterans, helping them access the resources and support they need. Whether it's providing financial assistance, healthcare, or connecting veterans with other vital services, your donations truly make a difference.

Once your items are donated, they are carefully sorted and priced by our team. We take great pride in offering quality items at affordable prices, which makes shopping at Last Chance Resale a unique experience for our customers. The funds raised from the sale of donated items go directly toward supporting veterans and their families.

If any donated items do not meet our resale standards, they will be donated to local charities, such as the church, to ensure they can still help others in the community. This allows us to maximize the impact of each and every donation.

If you want to do more than just donate, there are other ways you can contribute to the success of Last Chance Resale:

Volunteer: Help us out in-store! Volunteers are always needed for sorting donations, assisting customers, and helping with fundraising events.

Spread the Word: Share our mission with friends, family, and coworkers. Every little bit helps in raising awareness and support for our veterans.

Monetary Donations: If you would prefer to make a cash donation, we are always accepting contributions to further our mission of supporting veterans.
